This is a photograph of the
First Cmos 4060 Multi-Range Timer. It will adjust from about 30-seconds to 24-hours and beyond. It's designed to provide a single output period - but it's easily modified to produce a regularly repeating output. I used an SPCO/SPDT relay in the prototype - you can use a multi-pole relay if it suits your application.
