Toggle Switch No.2. The basic circuit will energize and de-energize the relay at the push of a button. However - the Cmos 4017 is capable of counting up to ten. And it's easy to turn the simple toggle-switch into a multi-step sequential switch. The circuit will work at anything from 5 to 15-volts. All you need do is select a relay with a coil voltage that suits your supply.
